Don’t Blame Sitting For Sciatic Symptoms

 Two things make people skeptical of our work despite overwhelmingly positive online reviews. 

 

I often have very skeptical clients, and it’s for good reason. Many of them are not only perplexed, they’re frustrated because they’ve been to every massage therapist, chiropractor, acupuncturist, physical therapist, orthopedic surgeon but haven’t found an answer until they came to MedicinEvolution.

Sitting is a big one. It can bring on low back pain, hip pain, sciatic symptoms, etc. But from my perspective, sitting isn’t the problem. Nor are therapies the solution.

Clients and therapists share one thing if they’re gonna shift symptoms, the single thing they both need need to do is get things moving.
