Dublin Elementary School in the Walled Lake Consolidated School District is one of twelve K-5 elementary schools. Dublin is located in a rural area of White Lake Township, Michigan.  Dublin has a long tradition of success in the school. It is the oldest of the district’s 12 Elementary schools. The first edifice was completed in 1928.

Dublin has an attendance of around 525 students and some 50 staff. Dublin’s enrollment has been relatively stable over the last five years. At the moment all classroom spaces are in use at Dublin. Dublin houses a preschool tuition program for children aged 3-4 years, and an Early Childhood Special Education Program (ECSE).

Dublin Elementary prides itself on its genuine friendship with the communities.  The teachers and parents/guardians collaborate freely and work together to help the students.  Their PTA is an involved community of parents who help to provide our teachers with fun resources including family activities, author visits, conferences, training and financial support.

At Dublin Elementary, the teachers and staff are a committed community of educators.  They see the strengths of each and every child and work to promote their development, both academically and socially. They recognize their enormous power as educators and work diligently to educate the entire child.

Dublin is a culturally diverse neighborhood surrounded by older and newer housing. Dublin is very close to the boundaries of the Waterford and Huron Valley School District, hence many Waterford and Huron Valley students attend Dublin as the School of Choice Students.

Dublin Elementary School has the aim of creating academic and social leaders who are lifelong learners. The objective is to provide learning opportunities that will inspire all stakeholders to achieve their full potential. 

Their vision is to ensure and maintain a curriculum and culture which supports high learning rates. Their emphasis on teaching and assessment helps them to better recognize and meet the needs of all Dublin learners.

They believe in reacting to all students who have not yet understood, and distinguish instruction to achieve maturity for all students.

Health, loyalty, accountability, resilience and dignity are the main elements of the learning culture at school. Their learning environment is a healthy place for learning.
