Body Wisdom and Movement Intelligence
In anything there is always one thing that is the epicenter, the epitome, the essence. Everything culminates into one thing. In movement, in alignment, in performance, in sitting, in life, that is our body. We work so hard to supplement this all important thing, the body, with external comforts, tools of upgrade, and pleasurable experiences.
